Molly Hanson
Script Developer
Molly has followed her parents, Samantha Bond and Alex Hanson, into the acting industry.
Since graduating from Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in 2014, her first role opened to rave reviews as Joan in ‘First Episode’ directed by Tom Littler. She then went on to play Celia in ‘As You Like It’, at Windsor Great Park and Hermia in ‘Midsummer Night’s Dream’ at Windsor Castle.
Molly then went on to star as Toby in the critically acclaimed All-Female production of ‘Posh’ by Laura Wade, where she was nominated for an OFFIE Award.
Her other theatre credits include Ugly Sister in Cinderella, Belinda Cratchit in ‘A Christmas Carol’, The Sultana in ‘Aladdin’ (Windsor Castle).
Her television credits include playing Hannah Drake in ‘The Coroner’ and leading the cast as Paulette Swain in ‘Father Brown’ alongside Jonathan Firth, Deirdre Mullins and David Schofield.
Alongside her family, Molly played Susan in the short film ‘Treasure’ for BBC and Rocket Room Films. Molly plays the leading role of Professor Jennifer Connolly in ‘Dream Hacker’, directed by Richard Colton.
Most recently she has appeared as Mrs Whitten in ‘Presence of Love’ for Hallmark.
