ROYAL FLUSH PRODUCTIONS LTD is an EIS-certified company.

It has been set up for the sole purpose of making high-quality, independent feature films, financed through independent investment for those who wish to take advantage of the rewards of investing in an exciting EIS company.

Our mission to our investors and the industry is to make great movies and generate a respectable return on any investment.

The following information is an overview our film portfolio and a brief explanation of our proven business model.

Unlike other independent production companies, you are not investing in one individual film (or SPV) but instead in Royal Flush Productions LTD. As long as we continue to make films, you will continue receiving a return on your investment relative to your share in the company.

Royal Flush Productions will become a film production power house, building a company with minimal outlay and maximum profit. We will achieve this by expanding on Royal Flush Production’s producer talents and assets, which already cover more than 50% of any production hurdles. We have two ways you can be involved, sponsorship or investment with returns.

Investment

We plan to make between two or three films a year, each with a an initial budget between £500,000 to £3 million depending on cast level. To do this, we are issuing B-Class ordinary shares to private investors.

We are planning to film our first movie ‘Enigma Island’ this year closely followed by our second ‘Paradox”. This fast production turn around will allow a faster return of investment to our initial investors. With the investment option, you have the benefit of knowing your investment risk is greatly reduced due to the EIS scheme. Alternatively, we can offer one of our three amazing sponsorship packages for you and your business. (see our sponsorship page).

Although we have a library of over 25 scripts in all different genres. Over the next five years, Royal Flush Productions intends to make 6-9 films in three stages. These films will cover a range of genres, including Action, Sci-fi, Horror, ‘Whodunnit’ crime drama and Heist. The first six are listed here on the website.

All of these genres have strong narratives as well as unique storylines that will captivate audiences and designed to generate a greater return within the film market place.

Our first six feature films are.

Paradox – a sci- fi time travel movie about a troop of Paratroopers who jump in 1941 from a plane and end up in 2023.
The Reunion: Murder Amongst Friends – an Agatha Christie style ‘whodunnit’ set in modern times
Burning Dawn – a science fiction set on a space ship looking for a new planet to call home.
Enigma Island – The story of a man who wakes up everyday on a deserted island, alone and with no memory of his past.
In Reel Life – A family friendly movie about a young woman and her childhood doll who came to life.
Scrooge’s Cursed Carol – A Horrific twist on a Christmas classic

RFP is also proud to be one of the few UK production companies to obtain EIS status so that we can offer great investment packages to private investors. Investment in our Company and sponsorship in the projects is primarily how we intend to finance or films.

They ensure absolute transparency throughout the filmmaking process, from pre-production to sales and distribution, they will act as executive producers on our productions.
