Alfie Best
Senior Finance Group Director
Alfie Best is a successful, self-made UK entrepreneur, investor, speaker and philanthropist who serves as the chairman of the Wyldecrest Parks group of companies.
Starting from scratch, Alfie has built his company Wyldecrest, which includes Wyldecrest Parks; boasting a portfolio of nearly 100 UK-based residential and holiday parks and a further 15 in the US valued at more than £1 Billion.
Alfie also owns a golf course in Herefordshire, East Thurrock Football Club, Wyldecrest Events – an event and hospitality company and Vaaroom, a nationwide motorhome sale & hire company, among other businesses.
Alfie won the Entrepreneur of the Year at The Signature Awards in November 2021. Earlier that month, he was also awarded the NSMA Best Business and Financial Influencer 2021. Alfie Best also received the ‘Park Home & Holiday Park Operator of the year’ for Wyldecrest Parks in August 2022. In 2020 Alfie was listed at #382 in the Sunday Times UK rich list.
When asked to explain how he got to where he is today, Alfie responded, “It’s not because I’m clever. It’s not because I’m astute. If somebody is prepared to work one hour, I’ll work three. That’s what makes me successful.”
Alfie has been instrumental in the set up of Royal Flush Productions business plan.
Alfie’s documentary ‘Gypsy Billionaire’ went straight to number 1 knocking Taylor Swift of the top spot, under the guidance of Richard and RFP.
